At KOI Footwear, we want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Securely place your shoes in their original box and use a protective outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
